Weight loss procedure for women

 

 

The following steps teach you to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. These steps are particularly written for heavy weight women those who have no time, tired, don’t like gym and don’t have time to care about themselves.

Take 3 apples everyday   

Even though its bore to take 3 apples, but you can do. If really you want to lose weight then it’s my first way of testing. You can lose a minimum of 1 out of 10 pounds when you take 3 apples a day for 10 days. This is a way of thing for me to guide you a healthier weight loss.

Rotate differently

It’s a process of rotating around in a circle in your room. I’ll give details for doing this. You have to spin around a circle in clockwise direction. While doing this position your arms like airplane wings. You will get some what dizzy with this so don’t spend much amount of time for this take only 15 seconds.

Through this your hormones changes from balance to unbalance by your endocrine system. Because of this only you will get a slight dizzy not totally. This is like an art not a science.

Walk on a bend surface

Many people walk on a flat surface only. This process will be acceptable for people who wants to lose weight slowly or for a long time, but you want to lose weight quicker so you walk on bend surface.

Follow these on a bend surface like hill with 10-15 degree incline for 15-25 minutes.

Don’t think that walking and incline walking will be same, it has some difference. You take it and notice yourself.
